TERMS & CONDITIONS 

On receipt of completed registration, your place in the program is automatically held. However, IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE YOUR PLACE, FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED at least 4 weeks before the course begins. Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Alternatively, a full refund, less a $350 service charge, will be provided for cancellations received in writing up to 28 days prior to the event. Transfers to another date for the same program, within six months of the initial date, will be accepted up to 28 days prior to the program commencement. All About People® reserves the right to cancel or postpone the program, in which case all registered attendees will be notified in writing and delegates can elect to transfer to another course of the same value or receive a full refund. All About People® also reserves the right to amend or alter the course content. The information presented within the courses is for personal study only. Reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

INFORMATION SHARING & DISCLOSURE

All About People does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you’ve requested, when we have your permission.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

The collection of personal details is primarily to register the attendee for the course. Information is stored in the All About People®‘s database and may be used for future marketing of courses or events. If you do not wish to receive marketing materials, please notify us in writing.
