The breadth and diversity you’ll experience in Carolyn’s coaching and mentoring has been refined over thirty years within a portfolio of careers. Her experiences as a business director, a CEO, and in-depth interviewing ABC Radio host all inform her unique corporate offerings.

Carolyn brings an abundance of cognitive and behavioural flexibility to her corporate offerings underpinned by interpersonal & leadership communication, professional presentation, everyday and more serious negotiation, to her unique offerings.

An accomplished executive and leadership coach since 1997, clients have valued Carolyn’s curiosity, clarity, and wisdom in guiding their individual, bespoke journey. To all coaching assignments, she brings broad awareness along with professional and academic experience. Having studied coaching skills including coaching psychology, shadow coaching, ACT, narrative coaching and mental health awareness, Carolyn is a member of ICF, University of Sydney’s Coaching and Mentoring Association and a Fellow of Institute of Coaching at McLean (Harvard Affiliate).

Carolyn was also the first Australian woman to win the Benton Fellowship for Broadcast Journalists at the University of Chicago.

Introductory Session

Start with a 20 minute no obligation teleconsultation with Carolyn. This is your opportunity to see if coaching will be a good fit for you. Introductory sessions take place over the phone and cost $50.
A $50 Introductory Session fee is charged upon booking, and will be returned to you if you proceed with a Development Plan.

Bespoke Development Plan

Based on the Introductory Session, we’ll negotiate a fixed price, no surprises quotation for a bespoke Development Plan to address your specific goals.
